This mission was started by the organisation with the aim of gender equality and increase of Sex ratio in the country , under which every week the birth of a girl child is celebrated by distributing sweets , cloths and garlands to hospital or villages or houses as well as giving information about the government schemes and they have to be befitted .

( Deliver sanitary pad to 20 million women) The mission aims to eliminate conservative beliefs, rumors, and hesitancy surrounding menstruation by raising awareness about menstrual hygiene and openly discussing periods. It involves engaging with communities in villages, colleges, schools, and universities to educate women, girls, and men about menstrual hygiene practices, including the use and proper disposal of sanitary pads. Additionally, free pads are distributed to women and girls in these communities to promote better menstrual health.
